You are welcome to consider submitting a presentation concerning your gains or projects in literacy, numeracy and student retention. The 2011 WCFNAE Conference theme is Celebrating Student Success as per the FNSSP framework to be held on the dates of March 9-11, 2011. The deadline for submissions is November 30, 2010. Good afternoon ... it would be great to see First Nation champions from the partner First Nation schools who are willing to do a presentation about their best practices and successes in working with Literacy and Numeracy with their students. If any one is interested in submitting a presentation proposal to this or any upcoming gathering to share your story, I would be willing to help in the development of your proposal and presentation. I know other members of this FNSSP team would also support your interest in sharing your success stories. Hopefully, this discussion forum might be one way to share your success stories. Thoughts??
