Hi everyone Here is a school-wide numeracy activity we did here at Pelican on Friday. This activity was a competition between all classes to create all the numbers from 1-50 using only 1, 3, 4, 7, and 9 and basic operations (see attached for more details). It was a lot of fun- students were engaged and it was interesting to see which students took on leadership roles in thier classrooms. Karen |
