Feb 10 Check "broken" PC laptops to see which one we could use for a security camera operations Add links on the website for partner organizations Fix student schedules (add/take away/change courses) Alison training Meeting Feb 11 Fix student schedules on FNOSR Set up computer in principal's office (had to find and plug in Ethernet cord and find, unplug, and plug in laptop charger) Alison training Help teacher with Engrade website Make spreadsheet with student names, emails, and passwords Upgrade 2 Macbook Pros with OS Maverick and 1 with Photoshop Alison training Check Macbook Pros for Flash, Photoshop, and Maverick, update Office Check iPads Feb 12 Doing work on FNOSR Add student emails to OEN list Make 2 student emails Check Kobos (over 100!) to see if working, recharge, setup Set up students on server, reset passwords Check iPads Feb 13 Check Kobos Set up new Macbook Pro Install Photoshop and other software - had to send in proof of purchase to Apple Input student emails and OEN numbers on spreadsheet Doing work on Engrade Help with printer Put away software Feb 14 Put report cards into files Take pictures of students for student cards, fill out information Laminate pictures and make student cards Put extra PCs in a teacher's classroom and set them up (had to find chargers) |
