I updated 3 computers in the Computer Lab with the latest Windows updates.

Due to slow internet and students needing to use computers, I updated 2 computers in the Computer Lab with latest Windows updates.

A Grade 7/8 teacher approached me in the Computer Lab regarding an issue with her work computer not printing anything other than blank sheets, I fixed it by changing her computer to use the 2nd Tray of the printer instead.

A High School teacher approached me with a problem with her classroom printer only printing blank sheets, I fixed it by turning it off and restarting it.

I updated 2 computers in the Computer Lab with latest Windows updates.

There was an issue with the printer in the the Computer Lab not printing anything at all, I checked the printer out which appeared fine, tried troubleshooting which didn't work, solved by adding the printer address into the "Devices & Printers".

Updated two Computer Lab computers and changing the default printer with the new printer address.

Going to finish updating all the computers and changing the old default printer into the new one.
