Hi Shortly we are going to be upgrading Moodle from 2.3, ideally to 2.6. Is the latest version of FN Marking Manager compatible with Moodle 2.6? If it isn't what sort of time frame are we looking at before it will be compatible? Regards, Tracy Briscoe |

Hi Tracy, The Marking Manager is currently compatible with 2.5. There is no plan to upgrade to 2.6 in the immediate future. We'll need to evaluate the benefits of such an upgrade (i.e. how does Moodle 2.6 compare with 2.5?) and secure funding before this work can happen. Hello, So far, it seems to work under Moodle 2.6. Besides that, I see only notifications about deprecated code stuff and no warningsor errors. I don 't know what other other users experiences are? |

Hi Folks I manage a small moodle for a private school in Hanoi. We were on moodle 2.5 and I upgraded to 2.6 recently - without a problem. Everything worked on the existing courses including the FN Marking Manager. The weird bit is - it won't work on a brand new course created in 2.6. It will only work on a 2.5 course that was upgraded. Any ideas or similar experiences ? |

Hi
We upgraded to moodle 2.6 and Fn marking does work however... if the course has a lot of resources/ users then it grinds to a complete halt and takes over 2 mins to load. With debugging turned on there are a lot of errors like: get_context_instance() is deprecated, please use context_xxxx::instance() instead. So we've had to disable it for now which is a real shame as our tutors love it |
