I got this error on my web server

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

When trying to access www.xxx.com/blocks/fn_marking/fn_gradebook.php?courseid=6&show=unmarked&navlevel=top

It was working fine on my local installation. Can you help me please?
