FN Marking Manager?

Hi,
Sorry if this was mentioned earlier, but is there a way to get the FN Marking Manager in 2.4? Is it not quite ready yet? I don't see it in our list of blocks.

If all goes well, the Marking Manager for Moodle 2.4 should be done by mid February 2013.

This release will include a new format and a bunch of new features. The latest overview of this proposed update is attached.

The latest Marking Manager should work in Moodle 2.3+, thought I've only tested it with Moodle 2.4 so far.
