Drag and drop moving of assignments

Last week the drag and drop feature for moving items around inside a course was working in Moodle 2.4. Today it is not working. I can't figure out if this is a setting we have to change somewhere, or if it was disabled. Anyone know the solution to this?

Aaron and I figured out that the FN-Tabs format prevents the drag and drop features from working. When you set the course back to weekly format, you can drag and drop.
