Re: Dollar sign issues | |
Hi, I shut off all the math-related filters and the issue persisted in the example I provided. The teacher also re-created the activity with the filter turned off (http://www.tetesaclaques.tv/les_zombies_videpisode2896) and the issue was still present. When you right click and choose "inspect element" it appears that it is using the Tex filter, even though that filter is shut off. I've turned Tex filter back on. The TeX filter is being used in Moodle 1.9 without issue. There was no perceptible load-time difference with filters shut off. Thanks Kevin |

The math filters, $ should be functional but is considered a reserved
character as it is used in the filters as a function, along with the following
symbols below. To get them to display normal you would insert a backslash before it. Such as \$5,000 or \%10 Then should properly display as $5,000 and %10 Aaron http://docs.moodle.org/23/en/Using_TeX_Notation#Known_Issue |
