New Curriculum-based Educational Bundle available
by Kim Wheatley - Monday, 10 September 2012, 02:19 PM

Aanii Everyone

I just wanted to share a new curriculum-based educational bundle created in the conservation programme I coordinate that supports language introduction. Please send me an email if you are interested in learning more. It is based on Species at Risk turtles and Traditional Knowledge turtle teachings of the Anishinaabe and Haudenosaunee peoples.

I have been the programme coordinator of Turtle Island Conservation  for 4 years. This bundle was created based on expressed First Nation teachers voiced need and First Nation community Elders were consulted, contacted and utilized in the development of this resource.
