Hey,

What time of day does this happen? Is it snowing or windy at the time it goes off?
Are they on the same tap?

Hi,

When it's bad weather like snow and windy, it goes off. But I think I may find the problem, one of the drop wire that goes to the home is twisted around the hydro line. Is dat the problem let me know?

I keep changing coax cabling plus wall plate and testing out the cable modem. The signal is there but no action. There is only one drop wire hook to tap but 2 unused drops is there and nearby customers are affected.

Thanks hope this helps!

So it's one tap.. Are any other taps affected down the line?
The coax is fine. Have you tried checking the connectors on the tap?
Also, how far is the amp from the tap?
