Staples - T25 are a upside down "U" shaped mental staple that was used for cable tv and is NOT prefered for internet. T25 staples often cause kinks in the cable when pressed too hard, which causes reflection.

Get a T50 staple gun. This staple gun is designed not to kink cable.

Theres another type of stapler that was discussed which is the T-59, It has the Insulated Staples and is used primarily for coaxial and ethernet cable.  The T-50 is a heavy duty stapler which doesnt have the Insulated Staples and would ruin your cable work.
