Once you picked a topic its time to narrow your focus.
If physical activity is your focus then proceed from there. You should ask yourself some basic questions such as:
  • Who is your target audience? Youth, parents, everyone. Determining who your audience will better define your video
  • spend 5-10mins brainstorming ideas
  • What are you passionate about in terms of this topic? What specifically.
  • How can I be creative?
  • find out what others have done about your particular topic. Youtube, myknet, knet mediea, etc
Here is s short little video I did using still photography with an audio track. This is an example of physical activity.

Interview an elder is another idea.

Over the weekend I spent some time with my aunt and uncle who are full of amazing stories. All I had to do was listen, all the while wishing I had a camera. Talking with them gave me the idea of spending more time with them in a more relaxed environment. Invite them over for tea, or go to their place. Either way it would be to just to spend time with them and listen.
