YICT 2010-11

Monday 17th- On Monday I took over for the grade 1, 2, 3 teacher. I also had yard duty. There was a presentation on bullying by Treaty Three Police. The kids were especially intrigued with his gear; asking tons of questions, wanting to touch everything, etc.

Tuesday 18th and Wednesday 19th- The grade 7 and 8 teacher had to leave for 2 days due to an unexpected death in the family. He asked me to take his class while he was away. He had the days planned out already which was great.

Thursday 20th- The morning I was going through my literacy materials and cataloging the books I have. I was arranging my office to my liking. in the afternoon I took over the grades 1,2,3 again. They were pretty excited because at the end of the day they were allowed to take home a violin.

Friday 21st- I wasn't feeling well at all. I took a sick day

Interesting things: recieved my very own key to the school.
