Bulk enrol students into FN site groups using csv

I have a need to enrol students manually into our moodle each year (1171 students and staff). This is to help staff at the start of the year. Is it possible to enrol students using a csv file. I do this now in moodle using the group1, group2 idea, but I have no idea if the FN site groups module uses a different naming method.

All it takes is a little bit of thinking.

I'm a duffer.....

I didn't put in the course1 id.

Works just fine.

This is a tremendous module and a great time saver for our school.
