Hello there, my name is Erin and I'm from Pic River FN. I stumbled across this page via the youth ICT program I'm currently in and passed it on to the diabetis worker and our community health nurse to check out, but when they went to sign up Pic River wasn't an option for communities and they couldn't continue forward. So I was wondering if you will be making this open to other communities soon? They were very interested in it. |

Hey Erin ... We always invite everyone to consider and share strategies for what might work best in your community. Information about the technologies being used are all shared on this web site. It would be great if other First Nations and their support systems might consider developing similar initiatives for their community members. Hopefully everyone will use this web site to begin sharing their success stories about what works best and how they were able to use these tools to effectively support their clients. Do you think you might set something like this up in Pic River? Please keep us posted on these types of developments. Thanks for writing ... Brian |
