Hi Friends, I have started using FN course format with moodle 1.9.9. It is perfectly designed and useful course format. However, I have a little problem. When I log in as administrator, current week tab is automatically selected on the screeen. But, When I log in as a teacher or student, the selected tab turns into the first week of the course. How would I change this setting? I want students see the current week tab when they get into their course pages then they can navigate between past or future weeks' tabs. Thank you. |

Hi Semesttin, As with other course formats, the current week in the FN course format (as seen by students) is determined by the start date in the Course Settings page. If the current date is 4 weeks after the start date, for example, then students should get placed in week 4 after login. Is this not happening in your case? Fernando |

Dear Fernando, Thank you for your reply. No, it wasn't happening like that. I will retry it but, when student first log into moodle week format shows first week of the course. Can you please check it for me, since I really need this course format. If you have a working version, could you please send it? Thank you very much.. FN tools are great work. |

Dear Fernando, I tried the FN course format again. For the super user, it works. However, as I login with student role , it shows the first week of course. |

I am still having same problem. Student can only see the first week of the course, but admins can see current week. I have looked at the codes in course_format_fn.class.php . May this issues be related to G8 session stuff?
