help fn groups

I have installed the FN Groups but only have two tabs at the top, Groups and Users. I do not have Course Enrollment Tab. I can make a group but there is no one in the group unless if they're already enrolled in a course. I hope someone understands my problem. I read all documentation and installed the files correctly. Does anyone have any ideas? Running Moodle 1.9.6, if it matters.

Hi Michael,

Can you check to see if the FN Site Groups Enrolment plugin is installed and activated in Site Admin > Courses > Enrolment section?
