When I try and add multiple numbers of staff to my FN Site Group it takes an absolute age and then the page goes blank, I then have to click on the Users tab and then back to the Groups tab for it to appear. Unfortunately it appears that only one person at a time can be added to a group. Surely there must be a solution to this as my group will contain nearly 100 people? Can anybody help with this? |

Hi Tony, To add multiple users to a group, do the following: 1. Select the first user 2. Hold the SHIFT key and select the last user. This will also select all users inbetween. Here's a screencast showing this process: http://screencast.com/t/YmVlOWI2ZD As for speed, creating groups for the first time is a server-intensive process so if your server has low resources then it will be slow. This is something we're hoping to address in the next update. But, as you can tell in the screencast, it normally isn't too bad. Fernando |
