Thanks Brian. I took a quick glance at the summaries. For some reason I'm not able to download the full report. (The images for adobe, word, etc. aren't clickable...) Is this the full report that BW completed, or is it the series of case studies produced by Ricardo and his team with K-Net Services? Anyways, it looks like the appendix to the full report has more details on the community surveys... Adam
