Hi Fernando, It is weird but when I try to use a question mark or forward slash in Moodle I get an É or a é symbols. Also when I try to put apostrophes or quotes I get a È and a è. I also get weird symbols for my brackets. This does not occur in word or other programs just Moodle. For now I just copy and paste these symbols as I used them quite a lot in my student feedback area. I hope there is a simple solution. Thanks, Kona |

Hi Kona, Are you experiencing this in a particular course/section? Just adding those symbols to the online editor in your EA30 course without any difficulty. I suspect the problem lies with your computer. Can you try it out on another computer? Fernando |

Hi Fernando, I do not know what you did, but it is working (at my same computer). However now my student at a different computer has this happening to them....lol |

Actually, I didn't do anything  !If the other computers are fine, then the problem must lie with the computer that's showing the problem. I suggest you compare the computers to see if you can spot any differences... language settings, browser version, windows version, etc. Fernando |
