How do I change my password for myknet.org and knet email?
Go to http://mail.knet.ca/um/password.php and enter in your knet userid, old password, and your new password twice.
I forgot my password, how do I get a new password?
Call K-Net's head office @ 1-877-737-5638 during business hours 8:30am - 4:30pm CST, Monday to Friday. Press 0 to talk to the receptionist who can help you with your password.
We will be implementing a new automatic password reset system in the future.
Someone is putting in nasty messages on my cbox in my homepage.
K-Net does not have control over cboxes or other guestbook systems that you put on your homepage. So we can't do anything about their content. We suggest that you either delete the cbox entries, ban those people, or remove the cbox from your homepage.
