Flash Frame Film and Video Group is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to the advancement of film, multimedia, electronic technologies and video production in North Western Ontario. Founded in January 2001, it has an open door policy for membership. Members range from professionals in the film and video industry, students, and interested community members. Flash Frame encourages networking to support artists in the pursuit of their goals. Through close collaboration with our spin-off not for profit organization the Bay Street Film Festival, Flash Frame helps showcase films and videos from our region and recognizes the expertise of our film and video artists.
