The week before March Break was a busy and slightly confusing week for WIES. I provided classroom assisstance but had to step up twice this week as the lab instructor took off two days (Tuesday and Thursday). Monday classroom assisstance and cafeteria duty for lunch Tuesday provided lab instruction Wednesday classroom assistance Thursday lab instruction Friday I helped out in the kitchen for the students final hot lunch for the year. peeling potatoes and such for a roast beef hot lunch. |
