Youth Employment 2013-14

Monday Jan. 13th - Today I drew out a rough draft and had it approved of what i want the website to look like. I sent out a question to all staff asking " what types of things would you be interested in seeing on the MJNMSchool website?" & got a lot of great feedback.

Tuesday Jan.14th - Gathered info for the website. Wrote out a Media & Internet release form for staff and students. I also wrote a memo explaining why i was sending out the form, and got them approved by Cathy.

Wednesday Jan.15th - Today i printed out and posted online about the Aboriginal Arts & Stories Competition. I let the gave the principle a copy of the competition for her to review, i think its something the school should be involved in. Did some work on the website, and am trying to get a copy of the school policies to put on the website.

Thursday Jan. 16th - Printed out Media & Internet Release forms and handed them out to all staff and students to be returned to me in a week. Once all returned I am going to go around and take pictures for the website! I also did some work on my rough draft of the website, using a online template from wix.com. I added contact info and a map, calender for monthly events, ect.

Friday Jan. 17th - Stayed home sick with the stomach flu.
