December 2 to 6
Monday – moved stuff to make space for my little area in the resource room
Tuesday – Set up new computer, installed Microsoft office, anti virus already installed, scanned for threats to computer
Wednesday - Answered a few calls, organized cable lines because they were in the way. Installed Adobe Flash Player to computer.
Thursday – looked up on the web for activities and events for community, afternoon I had to step out of the resource room because some teachers had a video conference.
Friday – Didn’t do much, waited for tasks to do.
December 9 to 13
Monday – Signed up for enrollment on the yict site, created profile and read other participants reports. Tried setting up a printer but cannot find the right toner for it. Typed up board meeting and community feast list for secretary.
Tuesday – Updated software to computer.
Wednesday – Organized a bit of the resource room. Tried looking for a toner for the printer but no luck in finding one. Sent out timesheet, and mailed a letter out for secretary.
Thursday – In the morning I printed out papers for each teacher letting them know I am available if they need me for anything. While the kindergarten teacher used the room for a video conference, I helped out in her classroom for the afternoon.
Friday – Grade 1 teacher used the room for a video conference all morning, So I helped out the secretary with some filing. Afternoon I viewed and helped secretary with the feast food list and planned for decorating and setting up the community hall for Dec. 17(feast day) |
