YICT 2010-11

Monday March 28th - I arrived to work and set up my laptop that I use for work. I did daily scans on the computers that I use in the culture room. I started on a new online course.

Tuesday March 29th - I came to work. I did my daily scans on the computers that I use for work. I did more of my online course.

Wednesday March 30th - I arrived to work. I did daily scans on the computers at the school. I went with the children to Dryden, where they take part in swimming lessons, so I was asked to chaperone the children on this event. For the afternoon, I just worked on my online course.

Thursday March 31st - I arrived to work. I faxed out my year end report and last time sheet. I sat in on a fiddle demonstration with the children of Migisi Sahgaigan. There were some children and adults that came from Shoal Lake #40 to show our children how to play fiddle. It was a very interesting presentation to watch. For the afternoon, I just worked on my online course. Even though I am not finished my online course, I will complete it at home.

It sure was a great experience to be employed as a YICT worker for Knet. Thanks to all the people who made this job possible for all the employees. If anything comes up again in the future, I would take the opportunity and do it again. Miigwech!!!
