YICT 2010-11

Monday 14- I was asked to chaperone a trip to Falcon Lake. I was assigned 2 girls. We went tubing and skiing. There were activities in the evening, but I was too exhausted to do anything. The trip ran from 930-430.

Tuesday 15- This day consisted of a puzzle challenge, a fishing derby, a chilli cook-off, and regular inside games. I helped with watching the teams, making sandwiches, and general clean-ups. Helping the facilitators keep the gym clean.

Wednesday 16- I went to workshops at David Kejick School on Shoal Lake 39. Programs ran all day to well into the evening. They had a number of speakers and performers including Inez Jasper.

Thursday 17- There was a cribbage tournament a baby pageant on this day. I basically just hung around, and helped out with what I could. I didn’t play the in the tournament and I didn’t have a baby to put in the pageant.

Friday 18- There wasn’t any programming scheduled for today. I went to the administration side of the school and worked on some stuff in my office.

The March Break, I think, ended too soon. ;) The programs weren’t as organized this year, but it was still loads of fun.
