YICT 2010-11

Monday January 17th - The staff and students met in the culture room for smudging and Monday morning assembly. I helped my supervisor do some filing. In the afternoon, I finished up the filing and working on my online course.

Tuesday January 18th - First thing I did when I arrived to work, was scan my computer and make sure it was working properly. For the morning, I just worked on my online course. For the afternoon, I was looking up on the ELDER project and I am looking forward to watching the presentation.

Wednesday January 19th - I did scans on all the computers in the computer room to ensure they are all working properly. In the afternoon, I worked on my online course. I also checked to see if there was an online meeting today and there wasn't.

Thursday January 20th - I scanned my computer that I use for work. I did online searching to see what kind of programs are available for typing, because I want to take the grades 1-3 & 5-6 at different times and teach them how to type and how to properly use a computer. For the afternoon, I just worked on my online course.

Friday January 21st - Unfortunately, it was a cancelled day of school due to the climate we had on Friday. It was in the -30's, which was a really cold day altogether.
