I have never used the Choice Quick block, only the Choice activity before. I can see how it would useful way to keep all of the responses together to the Choice activities that I use.

I often use the choice function to ask students about what they want to talk about further as a way to add a bit of customization and flexibility into my course. I will choose one lesson or one Elluminate (synchronous) session and have it dependent on what the students choose. I do this the week before so I have time to plan.
